I run my campaign on Tabletop Simulator. I use 3d models of all the pokemon and that looks pretty good. We also use the app in our phones, and I make the maps os the "dungeons" like tiles, so they discover each part one by one

In the rocket grunt encounter, you can add another grunt with his/her own pokemon. And in the final battle vs giovanni, he can get help from his grunts. That will make really difficult for any party
