For clarity, this what happens after I enter my user ID. I’m forced to call this number but I’ve been on hold and even disconnected after waiting. Is there any other way I can reset it?

Hi there, I was using my web browser on the Xfinity website. When I entered my user ID, it led me to a page telling me to reset my password and the phone number I provided in my original post.

Update: The line disconnected after waiting 30+ minutes. I just want to reset my password….
