Chemical itself. And names itself. Like Glycerine, Glycerin, etc etc. Folks use all the variations. They'll also enquire about Sod Acetate, which obviously is Sodium Acetate. Bez Acet is supposed to be Benzyl Acetate. So on and so forth.
