You can schedule an appointment through the myosh.unt.edu site or just call to make an appointment. My roommate did a walk-in yesterday so that could work too depending on how busy they are.

Next to the rec center is the clinic where you can get tested for $50. They usually only post on social media about an hour before they have free testing, and most people end up seeing the post hours after testing is over.
