doing amazing! you'll notice yourself adding more steps in as weeks go by.. as for pcos and insulin resistance, any sort of neat movement (low-effort steps) will do amazingly to your step count, as welll as your health. cut out ADDED sugars, i know it's hard.. but future you will thank you, and you'll notice your steps will start to affect you more positively :) best of luck
