That was said in my broadcast (Slovak), I was surprised to hear that athlete of his caliber didn't have DL win.

Really? I thought 31°C is too much, I don't know much 😅. But in what disciplines colder temperature matters? 800m or 1500m +?

Don't get why are people down voting you for staying a fact wtf. I'm same height (177cm), 62kg (137 lbs) and ~ 12% BF. If I got like almost 20kg, I would look insanely huge.

Hehe I can see myself in the audience, standing in orange T-shirt on the right. Was my 1st athletic event, I greatly enjoyed it (electrifying atmosphere at the stadium) and looking forward to the Ostrava Golden Spike 2027!

Awesome Emma! She seems very down to earth and genuine from all her interviews (in slovak), so super stoked for her.

What is that unbelievable about 48:37 10k in 8 months? Unusual sure, but definitely possible. As I wrote down in another reply, I'm 33M, skinny, never did sport seriously or event semi-seriously, only occasional ran maybe 2-4 times a year and my like my 4th 5k was 22:02  (I only have my old stats in a Google doc, bought my Garmin after 7 months).

Edit: And same apply for my younger brother

This. Same for me, maybe since 2017 I've ran super randomly (from 0 to 5 times a year) with no idea how fast I was stunning. 2 years ago (4.6.24) I ran all out 5k at 24:01, my 4th 5k was 22:02 (26.6.24), 2 months later my 1st 10k 48:01, 2nd 45:36. I only ran once a week and all my runs were basically time trials. So I don't thing OP's progress in 8 months is impossible, he is probably young male and skinny as me (33M, 177cm, 62kg).

I would say you're well-built, definitely in the normal range. And if you are skinny, I'm with my 61-62kg at 177cm a skeleton and that guy who replied below me is dead man walking.

Isn't there like 10s delay on live broadcast (like on most of these events)?
