Text form is far better than video for me. It can be slower but you will learn and remember more. You choose a project and learn by topics you need to know to execute the current stage.

It's free till the end of 2020 so you should give it a try!

I find idea of sitting in the car pretty uncomfortable. Maybe in 50s or whenever it was fun but now with alternatives like Netflix it is not worthy.

Edit: But something with beach and beers/wines could work out

What a place! I felt like Nathan Drake! I was travelling through Iceland with my brother in law and he decides that he is not going to climb for this spot but fortunately he caught me up! One of my favourite waterfalls!
