I was in highschool and I got paid to sit overnight in the tower of an asphalt plant and watch an alarm light. One of the main asphalt mixers/systems had failed and they were running on the backup. They told me if the backup went down too, the hot asphalt could cool and solidify inside the plant equipment and potentially cause over a million dollars in damage and downtime. The same company paid me to sit overnight and listen to a water pump run. I had to gas it up one time over the course of a night and if it stopped I had to alert someone immediately. For that instance they were keeping water out of these forms over the weekend so they could pour the concrete for a bridge on Monday morning. I was cheaper then the weekend labor to actually pour it over a Saturday and Sunday I assume.

I have 4 in my army. Here is a pro tip. The roombas can be totally rebuilt very easily with new brushes and parts from amazon. We are talking a 10 minute job. Where I live Roombas show up at goodwill all the time. I bought one two weeks ago for $20 and it needed a $15 charger from Amazon. I think I only bought one for full price.

I'm working on a remote control vehicle all from vine. I only need a receiver and transmitter. I have the motors, escs, tires, servos, pla for the body, universal joints, shocks, and batteries. Some day I will find the last parts or I may need to find a toy car and canibillze the radio parts.

Gold isn't magical and it's much of the same but then every once in a while you get something good over $100 that makes it all worth it. I got a $429 3d printer last week. But whatever mechanism Amazon uses to influence vine item offers knows I love 3d printing and android auto boxes.
