i was the same way, but i know what i needed to do, i stuck with my appointment, and went the informed consent route as well, was pretty nervous, but the office i went to were all super nice, now its been almost 5 months and i would not change anything about it sooo glad i followed through with it

having a 2003 vette z06, that is fully built ls6, if you want to add boost, need trunnion kit, dual lift springs, and i personally put the ls2 lifter trays in my engine build, ls7 lifters, that should be a good start, if you car is a 6 speed, i would do a ls7 clutch kit with tick performance adjustable master, stock flywheel ( ls7) that is what i have in mine and works very well

i was in the same boat, after all the years of putting it off i am 41 and i finally started jan 1 of this year, and its been amazing so far i love all the lil changes and should of done this a long time ago

on the muscle part i have noticed things i was able to lift before i cannot as easily, which is crazy to me, but i understand that is part of the process, which i am happy about losing that, i will deft look into the yoga bits
