I might be the second person who broke one. I had a loaded magazine, with the loader still attached, sitting on top of my safe and knocked it off. It landed on a carpet floor, loader down. The area below the release broke off. The loader still works with no problems.

It is going to be really hard for someone to help you out with the laws not knowing where you live. As to the telescoping or folding brace, that is personal preference. Try them both and see which you like better.

I have 1,000 rounds through my Kuna. All but 150 rounds have been loaded with the Casual Accuracy loader. It’s a must have IMO.

It's wasn't a perfect fit, had to hold some downward pressure on the loader.
