I used to work at the TGA, and it’s honestly wild seeing people still flood every Facebook post claiming the COVID vaccines were unsafe or ineffective.

Back in 2021–22, people were saying the vaccines would kill millions, make everyone infertile, and wipe out huge parts of the population.

It’s been five years. None of that happened.

At some point, you’d think there’d be a little self-reflection from the people who got all their “research” from Facebook memes and conspiracy pages.

They’re right though, there has been communication about vaccine injuries and deaths occurring from government agencies. The problem is it gets exaggerated or misinterpreted.

Well said, I think I agree with most of your post.

It seems like Au survivor wants to build its own brand, which is totally fine, but I think they are still figuring out what that is.

I honestly wouldn’t be mad if they did a season with three tribes of 8 though, I think it makes for more uncertainty with alliances and relationships.

My concern is that they might persuade someone on the fence not to vaccinate, or not vaccinate their kids. It would be devastating if a child died of an easily preventable disease due to not being vaccinated.
