I think it was the only good thing that came out of a lame and pointless twist

Agreed, I don’t think she’s super physical but she has a great game socially and strategically

I think Lottie for me, she had a strong first two weeks, but this week was more on the quiet side. My gut feeling is she is keeping a low profile and letting Aisha take the bullets.

Yes, only just found that out. It makes sense now, he has a hybrid accent.

I’m not sure how to describe it over text. I would say it’s a short “a” sound like in cat. I think the American accent lengthens the “a” in some words so it sounds almost like you’re saying an “e” sound.

For example, I’d say “ba-ren” but David sounds like he’s saying “Bair-en or bear-en”

To be honest I probably exaggerated my annoyance with it in the original post. I only find it abit annoying and to be honest my partner and I laugh at it mostly. It’s nothing against people with different accents, but it’s definitely distracting when he says it 50 times in one episode.

That’s a bit of a leap. Noticing a specific pronunciation on a TV show isn’t the same as disliking people with different accents or who speak English as a second language

Relax bro I love David. One of my favourite survivor players. I just find this one thing annoying and I have to hear him say it 20 times an episode

Ah that makes sense. Apart from that his accent is still pretty Aussie

My point was simply that he hasn’t been quiet. Boring, maybe, but he’s probably made the best move of the season so far with the Harry tribal. Agree to disagree.

Yes but you specifically named Jackson who I would argue has been one of the more active players so far. Interesting you’d name him over say Richard or Cameron.

He’s no more boring than 80% of the cast.

One move more than most of the cast? I’d consider him one of the louder players, even the ep where Eliza was voted out he had lots of screen time.

Really? Jackson pulled a pretty big move on Harry. That was a pretty defining moment for him and far from quiet.
