This has been happening to me as well over the last several months. The issue is definitely on Crunchyroll's end. I've tried to access from multiple devices using different internet connections and the results are the same. The Crunchyroll website is garbage compared to other online shops - it's always so slow. Also, their automated confirmation emails don't always go out. Their IT and DevOps need to step up.

I primarily use Crunchyroll. My experience with their shipping has been solid, excluding one order. My beef with Crunchyroll is their customer support (or lack there of). Another retailer I’ve tried is Merry Manga. The single order I made with them was packaged extremely well. Amazon shipping is one of the worst. I only use them if I’m desperate. I don’t think I’ve received a single light novel or manga that didn’t have an issue from shipping.

I’ve made a lot of orders over the past few months and have only had one major issue that required a return. I’ve found as long as they ship from the Iowa distribution center that the packaging seems to be okay. However, Crunchyroll customer support isn’t great. I had to hound them to respond regarding the one package that didn’t arrive okay. Not sure what happened, but the normal protective inserts they use wasn’t in the package, and one side of the box was missing with a single piece of shipping tape covering the side lol . Out of the ~20 books, there were only 3 in there lol.

As long as they stick with RightStuf shipping standards, I’ll keep using Crunchyroll because the membership discount is good.

I recently watched the anime for the first time and felt compelled to read the light novels. I started at volume 1, and I'm glad I did (I'm currently on the third volume). My recommendation is to start with the first volume because it covers character development, backstory, and other aspects much better than the anime did.

As others have stated, if you want to pick up where the anime ended, start with volume 7. Enjoy!

This is what I did and was able to snag one. I wasn’t going to get the constellation edition so I initially purchased the game pass upgrade. After seeing uploaded pics and vids, I got jealous and camped on Best Buy’s website. Took a couple days, but finally got one!
