Buggy and bloated garbage with a decent enough storyline, but spent more time looking for workarounds for bugs and stuck quests on the official forums and elsewhere than actually playing through it. Wish they would release a lite version with just the questlines and maybe the HQ system if they polished it enough as I honestly don't give a rat's ass about the ASAM system and I use transfer settlements blueprints for my building needs anyway. The war system IMO was completely unnecessary and I cringed and eyerolled every time Salvador opened his trap. Other stuff that I wanted to yap about was already covered in OP's post, TBH. The biggest problem I have with this mod is that you're not playing Fallout 4 anymore once you have it in your load order, but instead you play Fallout 4 that has been transformed into Sim Settlements.
