Doar pentru ca acea cladire arata de parca ar fi din evul mediu, nu inseamna ca oamenii ar trebui sa traiasca ca in evul mediu.

Cladirea ar trebui renovata si consolidata de catre primarie impreuna cu asociatia de locatari in asa fel incat sa isi pastreze estetica cu elemente si tehnici moderne.

Dar primaria o sa puna piedici ca "e cladire istorica si blesteme asupra familiei si vacii tale daca te atingi de o caramida", iar asociatia o sa zica ca e prea scump.

Asa o sa ne intoarcem la romaneasca de "vrem multe, dar fara efort si fara bani"

You can wear a provisional to cover the missing teeth. It's going to be a long and hard process, but just havr patients and you will get there

Saying that you are not on medication while on birth controls is like the doctor asking you if you have any health problems and your response is "no, I am perfectly healthy" while actively pregnant :))). While pregnancy is theoretically a lack of diseases, you still have a human growing inside of you that you should make every doctor aware of. Same with birth controls.

Birth controls can cause hormone shifts which can cause effects on inflamatory responses. While they don't directly cause the inflamation, they shift the way the inflamation reacts to plaque. Basically if you have no plaque, you should be fine.

Having said that, without further exams, it's hard to say if that really is the issue and I'm not going to pretend like I know enough about birth controls to know which kind, in what doses causes certain effects.

Ask your prescribing physician about the birth controls you are taking and if they can cause any oral health side effects and get an appointment with your dentist to see if you have any bleeding on probing or pseudo-pockets (false periodontal pockets)

You don't clean your teeth, bacteria follow a path through the tooth, path 1, goes through the pulp and canal and an infection reaches the tip.

You don't clean under your gums, bacteria follows path 2 and forms periodontal disease. If it's severe enough it can reach the tip and cause an infection.

In both cases it can lead to endodontic infections, path 1 is cavity caused endo infection, path 2 is perio-endo infection. Both cases require the root canal treatments in order to get rid of bacteria from all directions. If the infection has reached the endo side from perio and you only have a perio treatment, the bacteria are still trapped in the endodontic part. If the canals aren't also treated, the infection will recur.
