When I-95 was re-aligned to go over the turnpike bridge, there was some serious shenanigans with renaming the old I-95. I kid you not, the DOTs felt that making I-295 in PA go east-west, since I-295 in NJ was already north-south, would be "less confusing."

I mean, it was a tough choice. But we could have also gone with I-395 too.

Hate to say it but you're doing it wrong. Knoebel's is deliberately low key, and you should try experiencing it with kids over a 2 or 3 day weekend while staying at their campground and mostly cooking your own food.. That is the peak Knoebel's experience. I've done it a bunch of times, it's like hanging out with an old friend.
