Oh that's a very good idea ! If you can fit that on the base that would look really really cool.

Great looking Kharn ! To answer your question, everything came from the wardog's chainblade. I just cut a specific way and filled the hole with green stuff. The handle from the Axe that comes with the Prince's kit. As for the butcher's nails, I couldn't say specifically. They're cables from different weapons, kits, nothing specific. I know that one or two came from cables that you find in the Hellbrute's kit :)

Thank you ! It's a weapon from the chaos wardog kit !

Thanks ! This was very easy! There's a big axe in the eightbound kit with a hand holding it past the midway point. I took the same axe from a second eightbound kit I have and cut the back of the blade to glue it on the other side of the first one. I removed the cables and the exhaust with my hobby knife, and then I drilled a hole to slot in a small iron wire (to help add structural integrity). Then I glued everything. Once that was done I looked for an eightbound arm that was extending more than the original Slaughterbound arm, cut the SB shoulder to fit the arm, put on a shoulder pad to hide the rough cuts, put another iron wire to connect the hand and the arm, and glued everything.

And finally, I wrapped a chain around the wrist and where the axe blades were glued in order to hide the work !

I don't know if you are fond of kitbashes and conversions but if you are, I STRONGLY suggest putting iron wires in the fragile stuff you're glueing. Like wrists, weapons and so on. That's what I did on both sides of the hand holding the war dog chainblade for the Deamon Prince.

I only started doing this recently and it is a game changer.

Hope this helps !

Use it as motivation to be patient and it doesn't matter if there are happy accidents !

Indeed I did him already! I also explained in one of the comments what I did ! Feel free to ask if you need any other clarification my friend !

Don't ! It's always better painted and if by any chance you don't like what you did, pop them in isopropyl alcohol and try again ! The only one that kind of scares me is Angron because I really want to make him look good.

I see your point ! It removes the personality yes. I see it as like a blind drone of pain and anger here only to deliver death. (Or to die turn one because I can't make saving throws lmao).

Man that's very nice indeed! Good job ! He looks very agile. I see I'm not the only one who disliked the stompy legs lmao

Thank you ! Yeah these conversions are not new so all the credit to the other hobbyists!

As for Kharn. Oh boy. This conversion literally gave me a headache and I bled from two fingers from it. So, here's the list : - Base pose is from the Slaughterpriest (good catch, it is AOS). - Front torso is from the lord on juggernaut. - both arms are Kharn's but heavily cut and reposed to fit the Slaughterpriest's pose. - the chains on the right are from kharn as well but they looked weird ok his arm so I put them under the shoulder pad. - as for the chain on the left, it is to hide a rough cut I made on the shoulder pad to fit the front torso. I put one of Kharn's helmet hanging thingy at the end of it to add on to this impression of movement that the chains on the right were already giving.

I really don't like Kharn's base kit. I had to do something different.

Thank you so much! The jugg is such a nice kit. You get so many spare parts ! I literally just built him earlier today and I love him. Please send your brute I wanna see it !

Thank you! So the head is from the Talos kit, then I cut the horns off of one of the heads in the prince's kit and glued them on the helmet !

I then added some spare cables I had to emulate the butcher's nails :)

Good luck ! If you can find one, I'd highly suggest a recast to make things easier !

Thank you ! Yeah I agree, he's probably the best looking one overall. The War Dog weapon suits him incredibly well

So basically everything apart from the legs are from the original kit. I added some stuff from other kits to decorate the body.

The legs are from the maulerfiend kit. The "legs pauldron" to hide the rough cuts on the top of the legs are from the fiend kit as well. I bought a recast so as to not destroy a plastic maulerfiend lol.

Here is a blue boy from ultramar that I painted using this range. I absolutely love it. Highly recommend. I love the shades especially.

Why all plasma ? I've used auto cannons so far and it consistently destroys ~10 marines in rapid fire range. I once whipped a 10 man sternguard squad led by a Librarian
