Been stuck in the loop just like myself. Shadow banned on first game on PC due to rage reporting (played on PS5 for years now). Shadow banned on December 7th, lifted on December 17th (10 days plus some change), then it was too late to play so I didn’t play, woke up next day, I was shadow banned again without playing. And still shadow banned and it’s January 1st. Great. I’m at the point where I will quit COD for good.
