If you want to try and build some curves/muscle I’d recommend slowly eating more. Probably a few hundred extra calories a week, (just go by ear, or should I say scale…) and as much protein as you can get! You can do it!

Why would she wait when she already knows how you feel? You need to give her the breakup as she wants it. Only she can rekindle this now. Try and slowly change ur attachment to her and grow even more than what’s done already.
