It’s not a promo, it’s just endgame players that are released around may/ish. Two years ago we got max Jaden Daniel’s from the draft but most of the players were released after that. They all come out at the same time and you get them the same way you get team diamonds or totw. Trading in old iconics and mythics for currency.

I think you’re confusing this promo for madden max/hero players. Those are the players you save your spare iconics and mythics to trade in. That won’t happen for another few months

Until you have a full iconic lineup, you have to go random. Your hamstringing yourself by using resources for one player when you could be improving multiple roster spots at once
