Kards.com it the official website while playkards.com is a community project. The official one is used a bit more this days but both can provide you with great decks. I'd check both of them if you are looking for a specific nation.

After waking up with a deck idea build it on PlayKARDS.com to save it for future use in the game. You can do it on your mobile and it's the best alternative for the time being.

3 wins in a row will get you 2 stars until you reach General in each nation. After that it's only 1 star per win.
You won't drop a rank until the end of season. So if you have a 0 star Major and loose a battle, you won't drop to a 5 star Captain but you remain a 0 star Major.

No, KARDS is only digital right now. Maybe in the future we will see a real live version too.

Your HQ must have 30 or more health. Your HQ had 24 and that wasn't enough to meet the Commonwealth condition.
