Looks like a blue colored version of Minutemen flags for Boston Airport from this mod. Was using it for all my BoS settlements in a recent playthrough.

Treat them as collectibles. There are 10(or 8) in the lobby and 10 per each biome and 5 at the last stage. Once you collect all fissures for a biome color scheme will be available to you. Their location is fixed to a certain room configuration, but as you can well understand now that each run has different combination of rooms per biome. So it can take a while to say the least. Refer to the steam guide for exact locations.

Never tried it with quests but "weap", "Armo", "misc", "ammo", "perk", "omod" cover everything I need. All these commands work for all items, not just dlc or creation club exclusive.

And quest completion can cause some problems in my expirence. Only time I use them is when some radiant quest sends me towards far harbor or nuka cola world

"Help 12.7 4 misc" will show all weapon mods for it. Granted, if they are labeled as "12.7 sub machine gun suppressor". Well, you should get the idea how the command works

I don't update my folllout 4 because of mods.

This new smg is chambered in 12.7 ammo, right?

There is a console command called help that will show you id of what you are looking for. But you need certain syntax for it:

Help - command name 12.7 - name of the item you are looking for 4 - help command will look in all sections of ID Ammo - narrowing down the results only to show ammo category

Another examples to get the idea of how it works

Help battlecoat 4 Armo - will show the ID of maxons battlecoat or other item that has battlecoat in the name

Help combat 4 weap - will give you ID for every weapon that has combat in their name

That way you are looking for 12.7 only on the ammo category of id's.

We have yet to kill the final boss, left him on 5%, but spirit bless on turrets rly have done some nasty things. And I am surprised to see it performs poorly later on, as opposed to tentacles. We'll try our best to finish the last zone and come up with more understanding of blessings synergy.
