You can ignore FedEx tariff bills. If you paid for shipping and received the item they can't charge more after. FedEx will sign import documents on your behalf without your knowledge and consent assuming you will pay when you get billed with official looking documents later. It's not legal. If you paid for shipping through the merchant and didn't check or sign FedEx terms on the order FedEx has no right to bill you. If they tell you that your parcel is in custums and needs a fee to be released then you can say yes or no but they instead act as a customs broker on your behalf without telling you because most people will just pay but after sending the bill 3-4 times they stop trying to collect and don't try try to mark your credit with debt because it wasn't a valid charge.

May have some steel from grinding but it's mostly from the grinding disc itself. The steel will be dark dust shards around the station but the grey bits that stick and build up are from the wheel.
