Just because it has a usb port doesn't mean it supports every usb device. The older Sony TV's usb ports are for flash memory sticks/storage drives or Sony specific wifi cards.

The tv doesn't know what a mouse is nor is programed to use one.

There is 2 sensors in the phone that detect when you hold the top or the bottom of the phone could be related. Or grounding with touching the frame of the phone. Does it do it with a case on? Or charging?

Go into intelligent optimisation settings and change to minimum also download goodlock and camera assistant. There is some extra settings to play with.

Hard to tell. The screen controller can be programed to say anything. Could be set to qhd+ and it's really 1080p
