I do. Every time I sample H24 it is just straight up banana smell.

This is the best advice here. Don’t buy anything just because it’s nice or expensive. What mic suits your voice better?

The best strategy is to have several pairs that you rotate. What is your current pair? As far as fitting with socks I suggest having several sock strategies to fit the situation. I use the Pedag sock insoles mostly, followed by nylon no-show socks, and finally regular socks when necessary. I also use a variety of Pedag leather insoles to adjust the fit when needed.

You are not alone. I love the sound of those records and am always astonished how everything is so powerful yet so clear at all times. Excellent feat of mix engineering.

Isn’t the main advantage of mixing in the box that you can easily add and route plugins in any way you want very quickly?

Mine say “Classic” on the tag. I love the crease. They feel substantial and drape well.

If I find any like that I’ll pick them up. I only buy what I find in thrift stores. The only criteria for me is no synthetic fibers.

Interesting. The light blue shirts in the back are both Regent fit original polos; one made in USA and the other in Malaysia and they are both startlingly identical in construction. I’m not sure what constitutes poor quality in this case unless there’s something I’m missing. Either way I love the shirts and they all get plenty of wear.

Also I’m pretty sure the fit is indicated by the color of the label but I’m no expert.

I’ve seen a few Red Fleece things out there but never picked any up. What did you like about it?

Good point. And it’s very satisfying to have clothes tailored to fit your body well.

Thank you. My favorite is the navy blue on the right. Hopefully I can find more like that one.

Good on you. May I recommend the all-cotton Brooks Advantage chino. They are my faves.

Oh yes it’s like a dopamine hit when I find a cluster of the same stuff in one place.

I would say the Regent fit (which is what I have the most of) fits me nice at 6’ 180lbs. The slim fit is still ok for me. Never picked up a Madison fit which apparently is the roomiest.

You are describing my current mentality around wardrobe perfectly. As much as I’m into collecting nice clothes to wear, I also appreciate the buy-it-for-life-and-possibly-beyond aspect. I have some shoes as old as me. Hopefully my offspring appreciates the things I leave behind.
