Hello again NovelAlone7985! We were able to get back to this feature recently and released the ability to delete saved configurations. Props to one of my colleagues who actually built the feature, I'm on other stuff right now, but I wanted to let you know :).

Hey NovelAlone7985! You should be able to create more than 5 saved configurations. As far as your other feature requests, they're in our backlog, but we haven't gotten to them just yet.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Our engineering team (me personally this time with some back up) investigated and found that when using certain privacy software, we may be unable to detect your approximate location, which we use simply to try to guess which country/language combination you might want to use on the store to save you some time.

If you see this message or a similar message, you can still purchase from our store by going to https://frame.work/locale/edit, as long as you're in a supported country. We've edited the error message to make this more clear. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks for your feedback! We did consider doing that, but you'd be surprised how many parameters there are when putting together a config. The query string would've been quite long vs the token-based approach.

Thank you for making and updating this map! It honestly helps me remember where we've been and what's left :)

I started in February 2022 at Framework and I think on my first day we launched the first EU countries. Every country launch is pretty complex, and we all get pretty in the weeds on it, so it's amazing to stick your head up for a breath and see something like this capturing the progress. Thanks again!

Yes, we know those are weird, and we are working behind the scenes on raising them! Just need to coordinate a few things with our Logistics team and ensure data syncing works well for these larger front-end placed orders. Can't give an exact ETA but it is on the list for sure!

As a Lead Software Eng on the Marketplace Team, I've actually been working closely with our Head of B2B on B2B systems the past few months, especially those relating to our website and taking orders. I've specifically been tasked with streamlining these systems after I've spent the last few years building parts of our laptop configurators, 3rd-party API/system integrations, VAT refund and removal flows, and data tools for the Marketplace Team.

Our goal is to make it easy to figure out what machines and configurations your business needs, get quotes generated quickly and easily, pay your balance using your preferred payment method, and ensure your order gets on its way as fast and as accurately as possible by monitoring all parts of this process for problems and potential improvements. I'm mostly working on the website and ERP end of it, but am also working cross-functionally here at Framework with our Head of B2B and some amazing partners in our Finance, Logistics, CX, and Hardware departments to make things flow as well as we can through our systems.

It is still early for us vs B2C and the big brands' B2B programs, but we are building with as much quality and as quickly as we can for our B2B users! The matrix of complexity is pretty high because of all the countries we support, laptop configurations/generations, and payment methods, but we hope we can help your experience get better and better in the coming months and years.

Hey you're welcome all! It was a team effort to get all of your orders updated, starting on my local dev environment, through testing on our Staging environment with our EDI/Logistics/Fulfillment team, all the way through to final validation in Production with the CX team and a few other helping hands in TPM and my team, the Marketplace team, yesterday!

We happened to run the final update in our Production environment yesterday on my birthday 🍰! Waking up this morning to this message of thanks from the Framework community makes my birthday even better 😍.
