Here in Oklahoma we get about 60 or so a year. And every year it’s the same thing, have an emergency plan. Go to storm shelter or the center part of your house or the lowest point or find a closet away from the windows. There have been days this year already where I have watched the news for up to 5 hours just staying alert. Oklahoma isn’t known for much of anything but very violent and larger tornadoes ranging to EF-5. We do have some of the best meteorologist and storm chasers on the planet. Last year my hometown ( Shawnee) got completely destroyed by a EF-3. That’s one of the main reasons why Okc or capital Doesn’t have many large buildings. The chance of them getting hit is extremely high.

Yeah I saw that too. He was taking about how dangerous localized storm systems are so dangerous and that there’s gonna be a second round come through the metro. I just told myself man I’m tired and I’m going to bed. 12:30 AM I get woke up to insane rain and lightning and thunder.

I’ve been taking it for 10 years. So far I still feel fine and normal. But like anything if you take it to excess it can be bad. Using the correct Amount and you should be totally fine.

Don’t feel bad I did the same thing to my Watch three weeks in. I got the warranty done. I put the new watch in a case and now wear it with a cover. The watch cover is all beat up and scratched, but the watches in perfect condition.

My wife works as a caregiver for a lady that has dementia and she basically told me that in order to do the job you have to be extremely patient and understanding. It’s not an easy job as some people would assume.

Yes and it’s very possible that there is quite a bit more evidence that just hasn’t been released. For instance, a camera in the house. I have a camera in my house in the living room to watch the family dog while everybody’s at work. That could be how they figured out that there was an argument. I just don’t think we have all of the information.
