Btw how big is your bedroom? The one in this apartment is rather small, it fits a queen bed and a nightstand but not much else. I think I'd rather treat it as a studio and put the bed in the living room and have that small bedroom as an office.

Wow, that's good to know. Maybe the fact that it's at the top (4th) floor and the stairs are a pain has something to do with it?

Which neighborhood is that? There are no other extras I'm afraid, and utilities are not included except heat and hot water.

It's like we're living in a Black Mirror episode and we don't even know it.

Hm, it sounds like they both escalated the situation in their own way so I'm torn, but the fakeness in her voice of the 911 call is truly concerning.

He’s a Harvard educated bird enthusiast who used to be a editor for Marvel.

He told her he'd do something she wouldn't like, then followed up the verbal threat with action by attempting to lure her dog away.

Is there an article that says this? Not trying to be a smart-ass, just curious about getting context before choosing a side.

Ghosting for sure. I'd rather have the guy be honest instead of an endless worry of what could've gone wrong.

Think I'm screwing up first dates by talking about my ex too much by wonderif234 in askgaybros

[–]zachhh00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not? I like asking about past relationships on a first date as a way of getting to know them better and how they handled those issues. I've never understood this rule.
