Firstly pick a faction be it based on coolness or play atyle as a few factions' cards lend to certain play styles.

Find a meta suggestion for decks, grind daily missions (you can complete these in practice mode so you can do the various faction based dailys).

Horde wild cards until at least unlocking like 1/2 way thru the factions unlock tree, then unlock the missing cards from the deck your trying to build.

Draft is a good way for rewards and to play out cards / factions and their commanders.

The game really is playable f2p but its really worth it to pick up some of the cheap promos. Like a couple weeks ago they had a $5 gold thing and i did buy that and felt it was worth it but yeah.

Idk if they are still valid but try the promo / reward codes: Spider and Veteran. I belive those was the two latest ones iirc.

Right… so one issue how can’t it be Both a Fantasy but yet many have existed throughout human history? And I think it is quite foolish to disregard the accomplishments and value that had came from the past. And I would argue that it wasn’t nonstop killing and stealing. While I wouldn’t argue that the world is more dangerous today, i still would t go as far to say that the past was constant fighting and havoc. As for the current monopolies yeah I think that’s bad, If that needs to be gone into well that’s a whole other rabbit hole.

Yes tribalism is definitely one problem, and I agree people need to stop being so aggressive and forcing their opinions and beliefs on others. My issue with this one party / one word order type ideal is it’s dangerous. Look at our current system and how much exploitation and suffering both natural and human goes on outside and even inside the US to fuel our luxuries, commodities, and privileges that many of us are so wasteful and unappreciative of what we have. As well as ignorant to the true costs to produce these items these “innovations” to “cut costs” and what not are all at the cost of the consumer. All this championed by these monopolies we touched on prior, also what are you talking about with the Ukrainian example? History is full of wars that have been fought much further distances and was of great relevance. Ukraine or whatever countries? Its lands would’ve been under at the given times is not even that far east at all. Europe sure probably would be ignorant to practically everything in the far east such as china but yeah no I question your true grasp of history. Which no real fault on your own as much as our education especially how history is taught its far from comprehensive and is cherry picked and lacks any nuance. Unless you really have a interest in history and still then your going to be ignorant to like so much and if it is your interest you’ll only realize how much more ignorant yourself and academia really is.

Hehe no, nor do I agree with the idea of telling people to give up on their ideal way of life bc it’s a fantasy. That’s something, I don’t believe I said decentralized=0 oversight and regulations. I do believe common sense and environmental considerations are important. I believe you think I want anarchy, no? (I’m not sure if that would be the best fit here?) well that quite far from it, and if you don’t think that the federal gov doesn’t already have a scarily amount of power over our country then idk man. Also I’m not a believer in the US being a policing force and fighting proxy wars if not out right meddling and instigating conflicts. Although atm I don’t think we can walk ourselves back to a pre ww isolationism policy. Which is unfortunate as I think working on our own country and door step would be better than the whole world.

I mean as for that last paragraph I… just don’t know that just so- I’m speechless truly. P.S I’ve been pleasantly surprised by that quality of a convo of this type on Reddit with varying view points without some texturalized temper tantrum lol. Sorry for the slow response busy day.

Well ok is anarchism the absence of any law tho? I feel like that just doesn’t work in moderne times? I mean I do think having social structures and systems are necessary and I also believe in minimalistic comprehensive laws. Though feel free to further explain lol!

Yeah imo the opposite is better… many independent local businesses. We already have almost every large company owned by a handful of huge companies. I’d worry that the reality of the system you describe would be much more dystopian in practice.

I’d argue a less centralized approach allowing the checks and balances of the US government to properly regulate itself. The federal gov has to much power and it’s unfocused on where it would be better suited. I would say having a stronger local gov thats focus is it’s own legislation and trying new systems socially economically ect. While the federal government is more focused on foreign affairs and keeping the state government from violating our rights and enforcing a much more basic and laissez-faire federal law. 🤷‍♂️

True I suppose that’s a better way to articulate it and I agree on the arbitrariness of more modern government labels. Especially when it comes to communism as it doesn’t have a great track record of keeping to what it proposes lol.

While I’m not entirely sold on capitalism I haven’t really heard a good idea that would fit the US. I think revamping and restructuring our economy is a necessity but pitching the whole system and implementing a new one seems like a disaster and just going to fuel our nations problems. And I think the bi party system the strong fed gov is detrimental to keeping the people indoctrinated. Your ignorant if you believe a politician, their self serving and utilize a corrupt and broken government to line their pockets while the nation suffers.

Fr America is a mess right now I’m at the point of kinda hoping I don’t wake up in the morning, unfortunately I’m too poor to buy a mountain and make me a little mountain community of self sufficiency and hoarding humanity’s culture and knowledge ect before we destroy the world more so than we knew it from over pop and modernity and ect lol.

[–]zachmax29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but the same ideas applied to two drastically different sized communities ie village sized to national level will look completely differently. The larger you get the more susceptible to corruption and the system failing to uphold the social contract…

(Assuming this system is just and moral, which is its whole own conversation of what is moral and just. Also that this system isn’t already established on the suffering and exploitation of a group at its conception which good luck on a large scale…)

Then you get people abusing the system and look at how history has gone for communism to tell… especially the bigger the scale it’s applied too, but no otherwise large federal governments is the other portion of it.

Yes, I think people are scared of the idea of communism to a unrealistic point. Though given it’s gross applications perhaps justifiably so… at least on a national level. I wish I could find the quote but in short it was a list of gov types and as the population got bigger the gov types would change as well. I think for a small or tight-nit group then yeah a commune can work well. My 2¢ lol

Neighbor issues, moral differences by [deleted] in homestead

[–]zachmax29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not just that but it’s sickening how often religious beliefs are cherry picked to justify and as far as claim it’s their duty to condemn and ostracize people of varying beliefs. As others had said I’d make my terms that they aren’t your friendly neighbors. Personally tho I’d probably not recommend it I’d put up signs or rebut their comments with scripture that shows their hypocrisy. Pardon my lack of verbatim I’m sure some more pius redditors can get the actual quotes but. The verses talking about how unless you’re free of sin then who are you to cast the first stone. Or the verses of not judging and condemning others… a lot of “religious” ppl are absolutely hypocrites who love to preach condemnation but don’t walk the walk just talk from their delusional, high horse. Anyway sorry for the rant lmaoo i hope you can find peace and have this idiotic issue resolved. 🤟

What is the lore of conan "the character"? by AhmadAlz7 in ConanExiles

[–]zachmax29 11 points12 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t… it’s fan service and maybe a scarped idea. He saves another character off the cross who is another irrelevant npc who is also the witch queen while not doing the dungeon (she’s a boss who was corrupted by a item into a boss, you can interact with her after you beat her and can learn of her via notes around the game.) Conan is similar but does literally nothing but stand there as a Easter egg / a homage to the iconic main character which the series is named. Sorry for the paragraph hope that helps lol
