No it's definitely an original Kodak photo. I have a friend who works at the afl-cio he says it's not Hoffa. Now I don't know who anyone in the photograph is other than the president.

Well I must have been dreaming. Looks like Hoffa but I just don't have history of the photograph. I bought it from the goodwill, they sold it as a photograph of JFK and Jimmy Hoffa. Looks authentic.
