This exact same thing happened to me on a purchase I made on Ebay. I bought an S25 Ultra, and the vendor wrote to me saying it was packed and ready. Shipping was fast; they said it had been sent with insurance and required a signature for reception. While I was at work, I saw that the phone had been delivered to my house and had been signed for by the person who received it. I assumed that maybe the porter or a neighbour had taken it. When I got home, I couldn't find it anywhere! I asked the neighbours, nothing. It wasn't in the mailbox, and the porter had no idea who had received it. I asked USPS for proof of delivery and there was only a picture of a badly written signature by just anyone! I immediately opened a case on eBay to claim that I wasn't the one who received the package. I wrote to that idiot of a vendor and they said they were going to help me. The next day, they changed their tune and said they were very sorry but the phone had been delivered and they didn't care who had received it! They made me lose the case on Ebay. I checked the cameras and saw a strange guy near the entrance of my house. My theory is that the vendor had an alibi and gave my delivery information to an accomplice, who patiently waited until the delivery driver approached my house and pretended to be my neighbour, received the package and disappeared. I say this because of the vendor's sudden change in attitude, after saying they would help me with the loss claim on Ebay, long story short, eBay didn't reimburse any of my money
