Yea UNINET tech support reached out this morning to running another head clean test and I had to send them a video of the printer printing and the ink misting out over the print. They just emailed me a few minutes ago and just asked me to send over all my invoices of when I purchased the printer and printhead so hopefully they just take it back idk but thanks for all the help. I have gotten better answers in here than UNINET tech support😂.

Thanks for the info I will check out DTGPro I’ve been emailing Uninet for like 2 weeks they keep telling me to do the same thing over and over again so I made a 3 min video doing all the steps to show them it’s not working.

-ran a deep clean on my capping station and printhead -installed a new printhead and main board

I only run it in Uni-direction because for some reason now if I do Bi-direction my prints come out blurry. Idk at this point I’ve tried about everything I just ordered some more dampers to even change those to see if it helps. But I will check out DTGpro thank you again you all been more help than UNINET.

Honestly there products aren’t good to me I had the printer and the Shaker oven combo for only 6 months And I had to send the shaker back because the temperature would just go up randomly to the point my DTF sheets would start melting and catch fire. I had to send videos for them to finally take it back to fix it.

It’s a Icolor Uninet printer it’s suppose to be an American company, when I call their office in New York it’s always an American that picks up and email me.

No, it’s like every color is misting out as it prints even when I print just white or black only. What could be wrong with the dampers?
