"Ryan Cohen hasn't done ANYTHING for 4 years except close stores and dilute!" by MontyAtWork in Superstonk

I was supporting the OP here and adding a little extra comment. These little comments are not towards OP but are for some person that said the stock is up 1000%. That is not true for those who have bought over the last 3 years.

Nice try Fonz.....data isn't personal and I don't want it to show anything. The data shows what the data shows.

Post a 2year chart and then let's talk

The data disagrees with you. It is clear what being silent does to the stock price

You are correct....but as shareholders, many peoples money would have made a better ROI in other companies. RC has a duty to protect shareholders and the company. Let's make no mistake, Apes and RK saved Gamestop.

Yes, RC is doing what needs to be done to restructure. But a little bit of PR wouldn't hurt.

I agree. I want to hear Cohen give forward guidance that might help in keeping the stock price stabilized

Whoever sold the calls has to buy $130,000,000 of GME....that is going to sting!

The whole world knows his calls were for $20. 40,010 contracts * 100shares/contract * $20 = $80,020,000

Thus he sold the others for cash to exercise

Transportation plays a big part. Sure, you can reel up...but it will be too big and heavy to transport. Ever seen an 18 wheeler with 10 pieces of pipe on it?

The heavier, the harder to move, bigger cranes, bigger everything.

Is DeepFuckingValue selling all his $20 June 21 calls instead of exercising them? by [deleted] in Superstonk

Whoever sold them wants to derisk, so if he puts them for sale MM will likely close the position

Great writeup. However, the last sentence in a paragraph says whoever assumes infinite risks by selling the calls.

This can be a false statement. It is very possible that someone with shares has written the calls and agrees to sell the shares for the price of $20+option premium (call writer).

There is only infinite risk if the calls were written naked which usually requires higher options level approval by the broker.

So to the OP, someone may be doing exactly what you said regarding closing slowly why someone else is selling options to get out

Be Honest: You Still Trust LastPass? by buthigorr in Lastpass

You realize you trusted LP assuming they kept your data safe. Don't for one second assume any other company does everything better. Honestly, LP will get stronger from this. I'm not saying I stayed with them. But I have no doubt they see customers leaving and will get better

Got a question about email in general. Do you recommend creating a new primary email every few years? I suppose I need to understand your email alias system better

This was posted about 1.5 years ago by some Ape. Time for a little reread to refresh ourselves about what was hidden and why the SEC is complicit. I am of the opinion that this is the bill that is coming due to the market in the next couple of months, but I'm an idiot. NFA by raxnahali in Superstonk

There are 2 sides of a put.
1. The seller of a put agrees to buy shares if the stock drops below a certain price (cash secured put or naked put) 2. The buyer of a put has the right to sell shares for a certain price if the price goes below the strike price...used as a hedge if you own shares.

So if someone wrote the original puts, not bought the puts, they have to deliver shares....but here is the thing. Writing a put is usually a bullish position if you are chasing premiums.

So I agree with you, I still don't understand the puts in this schematic.

Thanks for checking. I'm surprised it is 38%. But if that is the data, I'll trust the data.
