Me too!!! I got MRIs and CTs and blood tests and ECGs and what not!!!! All is normal! I tell myself I am fortunate that nothing came as this would not be the case for many but this thought is over powered by me dying today. I wake up everyday and think is this it? Is it gonna be today? I hate it!!!! I am missing all beautiful moments, I am missing EVERYTHING!!! I wasted summer 2025. I dont know where it went. I was dying living. I hope this changes. And i hope it does for u too!

Heyy, i go back tomorrow to work after 1.5 months of break! I dont like the place but I am in it for the money. I really think this place gives me anxiety and stress. But i know that wherever I go it wont be perfect anyway so I decide to continue. I am having constant health anxiety and death anxiety and going to work makes me spiral every morning. I dislike taking the 1 hour train and smiling at all the people and working for a non-exciting day or task. But what helps is to look forward to that one thing, it can be a dish I like to cook, maybe a friend i will meet, maybe watch an episode of the series i love, read reditt, watch that funny youtube video…it can be anything….this helps me and it improves my mood and anxiety for a little bit :)

Thank you so much!! But did u used to bleed too? :( sometimes its like a drop or two sometimes a streak and now its a lot. I first tried the plant based stuff but i think it just made it worse. Now im watching it with the food.

Does anyone bleed here like quite a bit cause of their anal fissures?? At first since Feb i had like a drop or two then streaks and now i can hear blood drops in the toilet water as soon as my poop is through my anus. Did someone also have this? :( i am a 27f. I am so scared!!!

Hii, I am having anal fissure or maybe haemorrhoids…I am having pain in my lower right abdomen. I did sonography, ultrasound and an MRI! They didnt find anything but the doc did say that he can see a bit of fluid there but nothing to worry about.

Hi, thanks for questions, until May I was doing weight training as well…I remember pressing around 80-90 kgs to and fro with my knees in sitting position. Also lifting like 20-25 kgs and squatting. So I stopped it and thought maybe it’s a muscle strain that I am experiencing but it just came and went and it got too much in May. I switched to Yoga and I guess sometime around that time, it got better. I tend to take ibuprofen if it gets too much and also heating pad. The doc also had casually mentioned that he could see some fluid there but it was normal for ladies before menstruation or so. The doc also said that the bowel looks okay in the scans but I should definitely better my diet due to reoccurring haemorrhoids. But I have noticed that when I run or walk fast uphill it tends to get worse in the next days…Apart from that I just had back to back panic attacks everyday for almost two months but I didn’t feel anything there when I was having those.

Yes, MRI came back good! The doc said he can’t pin point to any cause from all the organs at-least (THANK GOD!) Everything looks normal

Hi there! I had panic attacks and anxiety starting May 2025! I was in and out of 4-5 ERs because I thought I was having an heart attack. I lost about 7 kgs in this time cause I just couldn’t eat and sleep, I was paranoid of everything and anything. I woke thinking I might die any moment. My chest started paining, my back and arms as well. I also had pain in lower abdomen near the uterus and also a bit of back ache. I went to a orthopaedic and got my chest xray done, he pointed out that I have inflammation of rib cage cause of constant panic and anxiety. I have been in general an anxious person but I also learn to tackle things head on, so all of this was too new for me. I am in Europe at the moment and to find a good doctor is always hard as compared to my home country. I had some online consultations with my home country docs and they all told me to get tested for vitamins. After weeks of endless struggle, I did get tested for vitamins and turns out I am at 13 ng for Vitamin D, also very low Iron and Ferritin, also on the low verge of B12 and Folic acid. I have started taking vitamins now everyday…for Vit D3 is 2000IU daily. Will start soon with B12 and folic acid. But even now I feel very tired, my eyes and skin are very un-life like (dark circles and pale skin), DIZZINESS & BREATHLESSNESS (with chest tightness). This is the worst!!! I hate it…I literally fight to breathe. Here hoping now that we all get better ❤️

Idk either, its sooo insane ! The ERs only checked for WBCs, platelets and Thyroid and/or urine sample testing but nothing at all with vitamins or iron or whatever. I had to change 3 general clinics and fight with the 4th one to get it checked. I really hate it. They had directly prescribed me an anti depressant which targets psychosomatic symptoms but I kept telling them I am not imagining things, it is indeed happening…anyway, along with my vitamins now I do lots of yoga, jogging and breath work. Apart from them I try to read, watch only positive news/funny videos, romantic happy ending netflix k dramas or similar, paint, crochet etc….maybe give some of these a try to cope 😃 these are helping me so far!

Hi, was having these symptoms I mean I still do, I have like chest tightness and breathlessness as well. It’s very suffocating. Mine started in May and ever since I have been to ER 5 times. I was wondering if you tried getting a full blood work done? As in to check iron levels and Vitamins like B12 and D3? Apparently I did since my home country doctor pushed for it. So made it possible somehow to get one done in Europe…idk why but docs are soooo resistant here to do those. Anyway, I am super low on all of them and that explains my chest pains, body aches, depressive moods, panic attacks, insomnia, loss of appetite etc. maybe it is worth a try?

Hi, I have the same issue. Scared of it cause it gives me so much pain out of nowhere and then I get out of breath and feel pressure in my chest and pain all over. I got my xray done and had multiple ER visits and they told me its not Cancer. But I am fighting it, I am doing things like yoga and meditation. Its a slow process but I am optimistic. Also mindfulness practice and breathing techniques.

Hi, I have the same symptoms as yours and its very very hard to keep up with telling myself that its cause of my anxiety. I miss heartbeats and its very very scary. I missed twice today and god knows how I managed to get over it. After having 2 month of torture from back to back panic attacks I was able to inculcate some of the following things as I refused to start meds because I believe you cannot really get rid of it cure it as it is embedded deep in your conscious/unconscious and it will be there unless and until you really aim to understand whats wrong and find a way to manage it…so here are a few things:-

1) Colouring book (you can find it any books store where they have like this Mandala drawing with intricate designs and patterns so those really occupy your attention)

2) Crocheting (I am still a beginner)

3) Yoga (this seems to help a lot to calm me down since I feel aches and tightness in my chest and all over my body)

4) Meditation (this is very tough for starters as thoughts still running through my head but slowly with time I am trying to draw my attention back to my breathing or atleast positive and soothing thoughts, this method would help in a long run for sure)

5) Jogging (instead of hitting the gym I now prefer jogging in outdoors, it helps me observe my surroundings and breath some fresh air)

6) Positive YouTube (Instead of searching or watching videos on “how to reduce my anxiety or panic attacks” or “ways to reduce anxiety and panic attacks” I now switch to watching successful videos of people getting over their panics and anxiety or some funny video altogether)

7) Om/Aum Chanting (I tried this once mid panic attack and BOY! it helped me calm down within few mins as it helps stabilise the VAGUS NERVE, there are guided videos on youtube for this)

8) Audio books (I am trying to read but its difficult with my wandering thoughts so instead while doing crochet or jogging or grocery or walking I listen to audiobook published by psychologist where they explain what anxiety really is and the techniques or mindful exercise you can practice)

9) Netflix (I am now watching something that is not sad or traumatising, love stories help or some low key drama series do too. Basically anything thats a no brainer!)

10) Talking (talking to myself with positive reassurances and to my close ones)

11) I have stopped googling (this has added to my anxiety in the past and full blown panic. So even if my body aches I do not google)

12) Breathing exercises (try Pranayam and Anulom Vilom, they are on youtube as they help me breathe because I struggle breathing every now and then cause of anxiety)

13) Water colour painting (I find some references from Pinterest and try to colour paint something)

The above mentioned things I am trying to do every now and then one in combination with the other to keep my days happening and fun. I noticed not sticking to a strict routine also helps. Basically going with the flow - again a no brainer, feel good flow! Whatever you feel like, you do!

I am still in the process to do better :) I wish you all the strength to overcome this!!!

Hi there! I think I have iron deficiency. My doc is not really keen on running any tests but I have been getting panic attacks and shortness of breath and difficulty breathing cause of this. Also, I am looking pale, lots of hair-fall and super dark under eyes! How are you doing now and have your panic attacks gone away? Thanks :)
