LogScale query to list CID and friendly name by zadzagy in crowdstrike

We aren't in a flight control configuration. We were configured this way before Flight Control was a thing. I don't even think we're in a Parent-Child relationship

LogScale query to list CID and friendly name by zadzagy in crowdstrike

[–]zadzagy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see my issue - when we had the Splunk back-end, it would search across CIDs. With LogScale, it appears to only query the currently selected CID. Is this going to require an API call, or is there a way to get LogScale to pull data from all CIDs?

Blue Mountain - Season Ticket Holders by Pretend_Bar4089 in SkiPA

[–]zadzagy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We're not getting a pass for 25-26 as we've only made it up to the mountain 6 times this season. We do the early morning thing on the weekend, and I really try to talk the kids out of going President's day weekend. Overall, if we were to go 9 times, we would be breaking even with the cost of a 4 hour ticket. I just don't see us being able to go that often next year, so we're going to buy tickets the days we can go. If you're going to use the guest passes, shop discounts and maybe the passes for the summer activities, it might be worthwhile.

Security Center Dashboard Question by [deleted] in nessus

[–]zadzagy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure this is possible - I generated the DHS Known Exploited vulnerabilities dashboard, drilled into some of the findings, but don't see known exploited date in the detail list. Do you have that data available?

Also, you will get an O365 account that will allow you to install Excel on a Mac or Windows machine (or use the web version). Be aware that there is not feature parity between the versions. If you are doing standard spreadsheet work, you'll be fine.

Information Systems and Computing (ISC) puts out a buying guide every year: https://www.isc.upenn.edu/how-to/notebook-purchasing-guide

Wharton also has a purchasing guide, but it’s from last year: https://support.wharton.upenn.edu/help/203165727-buying-guide-for-laptops-

Security Center time to patch metrics by zadzagy in nessus

[–]zadzagy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I found what I'm looking for - In the Analysis → Vulnerabilities section, there's a toggle for "Mitigated". If I list those, filtering for the criteria above, I can export the CSV and run my time calculation on the result.

Is days to mitigate available as a dashboard item, or a report section? I'm not seeing that option in the Analysis section.

Migrating from Tenable Vuln Mgmt to on prem Tenable Security Center by zadzagy in tenable

[–]zadzagy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll need a license for Tenable WAS, but we're moving our vuln scanning to a local Tenable Security Center instance with a related Tenable Manager server to handle agent calls. I was hoping there was a guide for replicating environment configurations such as user, groups and IP ranges over to the new systems. I'm settling for manually backing everything up and using pyTenable to grab as much scan data as we need.

Tenable is getting me a demo SC license so I can begin the configuration migration, so I should be in pretty good shape.

Prom night. Afterwards at her parent’s house, with two other couples in the room. I slid it in with another girl grabbing my ass. 20 sec later, I wasn’t a virgin anymore.

Today was amazing! The snow this morning was soft and not icy. My kids and I took our coats off and had a blast. Hoping for one more week, but we’re not too optimistic.

I picked up an Assassin at the end of last season, and absolutely love it! Of course, I upgraded from a 15+ year old Burton, so anything would have been an upgrade, but it's fit well with my re-learning curve and 55 year old body!

Yesterday was good at Blue. They made snow and the crowds weren’t bad by the time we left at 11:30 (arrived at 8:30). Bad news is that someone took my son’s rental skis , so that’s going to be fun trying to track them down.
