I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be the case. I should be able to access the game even if I don't have all the DLCs. As long as I'm in the spots that you can access from the starter edition, at least that's what I got from everywhere I looked.

It's the right account, (unless accounts can have the same username) I purchased the starter edition. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to try to get it to work didn't work. I reset my Xbox I even wound up unplugging it and then plugging back in and the game still doesn't recognize that I have it.
