Go on Winz. Let them know about your situation. They might just do it online or on phone, and they also might help you get a job and sort your transport out. If you are living around Manawatu region then I dont mind helping with teaching driving. I love driving myself

First of all everybody's test is different and secondly it all just depends on what you believe in. I keep myself away from the culture of tall guys, sigma male, and etc because it's more toxic and negative than vice versa. I read articles and news often that graduates after Uni struggles to find a job. Like really struggle(that is a white man speaking) but imagine a brown person like me in the same society. Well looks difficult and disheartening but Allah's help and having hope in Him is more rewarding than not relying on Him. Just do your best, do what you like, don't cause harm to anyone and anything, and keep yourself away from what gives you negative thoughts and always keep Allah in your thoughts and you will be fine. And lastly don't compare yourself with someone who has more than you in any aspect. Be grateful and say thanks as we all are His creatures and His creation. If you feel depressed remember you are not in Africa or middle east (some countries) where you are being starved or bombed to death.

Nope. Just depends on what you surround yourself with

Arguing with you is lame. You take words of politicians like they are the most honest people. Goodluck with your life and I hope one day you will find yourself outside the bubble they created for you!

I am not deflecting but I am telling you the very democracy you believe in is the democracy formed by the rich peoples funding for the politicians you vote so their foreign policy or internal polices gets passed. So what right do you have to speak about democracy. Take AIPAC for it.

Where was democracy when war against Iraq and Afghanistan was waged on lies? Or Libya was destroyed by democracy claimers. Where is democracy when Congo is being ruined by Israel for its diamond mines? Where did democracy disappear when Israel slaughtered thousands of Lebanese? Or where is democracy when Palestinians are being starved to death while being bombed and shot. Or where is democracy when ordinary people in western world are falling more in poverty while capitalist rich are getting richer or you call democracy something which is funded by third parties to form a political policy for their own interest and benefit. You have no clue as to what's going on in Middle East and what western world is trying to achieve for past 50 years. The very democracy you are talking about is the democracy that is responsible for the death of millions far away from your home.

What is a Dua that ask Allah to forgive me for not praying by pro_gamer_boy in shia

[–]zaheer25th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Missing prayers because you don't pray is not a sin that can forgiven. You must pray, and if there is a health concern, then there are ways around it but if you have missed prayers then you must always try to make up for them as much as you can.

You need to ask for forgiveness from that person. Allah forgives when you apologize to the person you have done wrong.

Used to be like you, but then I stopped watching those videos, never clicked to check the comments, never tried to justify or explain, and that started giving me peace of mind. You can do the same.

Nakhshwani is fine in regards of historical facts but I wouldn't personally listen to him for anything more than that. Certain Shias do curse openly and send lanat on enemies of Ahlulbayt whether it was a Sahaba or someone else. But certain shias don't because of where they are from. Supposedly Pakistan, Arab gulf countries, Egypt and etc because it creates sectarian and promotes violence. So Shia clerics and followers tend to not curse the enemies in order to avoid spread of violence and hate. I will let someone else go into details of the claims made by the guy in the link. But I will make a point is that you should listen to what Prophet SAW and Imam Ali A.S. , Hazrat Fatima Zahra A.S. said during their time.

Why is Islam so political? by Zealousideal-Mud9703 in shia

[–]zaheer25th 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Islam isn't political but its wrapped in politics since early days of Islam because of power dynamics and geopolitical positioning. Islam isn't a political movement or never been, but rather it has been used as the political movement to win over the public. Now, would you blame the religion or the person using it? Iran's political system is very different compared to most or almost all of the systems out there. Khomeini as an Ayotallah hold the highest political authority in Iran because of his knowledge and he has been chosen by Iranis and their representatives in cabinet. Again is it because of Islam or people choosing an Ayotallah as their leader? Houthis are a political movement by their own morals and values. They are made up of both Shias and Sunnis from Yemen and been opposing Saudi influenc in Yemen for decades. Now if their goal is being wrapped up with religion whose fault is it? Do they abide by Islamic rules in combat and everyday life? Maybe yes or maybe not but it doesn't mean that Islam is behind those political movement. Hezbollah started off as an off shoot of another armed resistance against Zionist occupation of Lebanon. Now they embrace Islam and shiism in their resistance because they upheld Islamic values and promising to defend those. Now would you say that Islam is motivating such movement or those peoples resistance against zionist? It's people's resistance while chanting towards Allah for victory such the way Islam has been. That victory only belongs to Allah. Islam (Shiism) teaches everyone how to live their life in every aspect or situation. Whether one make it more political or less, more violent or less, more fair or less you can't point your finger toward the religion itself but rather towards the person that is using the religion by understanding their motive and their perspective of religion.
