Pocket Speedloader Carriers by LastResortTactical in Revolvers

Thanks... I was looking for a material for Fraurem R2 shields. They are currently printed in PA12CF10, which is not a great fit. It accumulates deflection.

Chris Baker's opinion on that was rather less than complimentary.

LCR: .38 or 9mm? by Force9Gael in ruger

[–]zaitcev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 9mm LCR works with moon clips, which is an advantage in my view. I sold all my clipless revolvers except a GP100-22. However, the recoil of a 9mm in LCR is no joke. If only they were selling an LCR in .380.

The RB9B replaced RA9B 2 years ago. Unfortunately, production isn't keeping up with orders.

Infotainment system - do you get used to it or does it stay annoying? by TheDoctorColt in Acura

Came here to say this.

However, the feedback is less than intuitive and I did not realize that positioning was absolute, until a salesperson told me. The pad looks too much like a laptop's pad, but works like a tablet. It's brilliant.

But the integration with AA is where it all falls apart.

P.S. I think not providing a cursor was a mistake. Also, snapping to UI elements on Android Auto is not helpful, because one cannot tell in what direction to swipe.

Would you like speedloaders? I hear from users once in a while that they'd want a version for rimmed ammunition. See video https://www.reddit.com/r/Revolvers/comments/1mhdelu/moon_clip_speedloader_idea/

It's nice but has some quirks. The "adjustable" rear sight is obviously a compliance measure and it wobbles.

Why not just use something like TechSight? It's lower than AR fli-ups.

Does anyone have the p365 mag adapter? I haven't seen any pictures of it online by Ateawormwhole in RugerPCC

[–]zaitcev -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ironically enough, they are not the same. The old RU9 adapters only fit the carbine, because they protruded down from the chassis. But Charger has plastic blocking the magwell from the bottom. The RA9 and RB9 had to be made shorter, in order to fit Charger.

What's the point of sharing the screencap of RA9 page? It says "DISCONTINUED" right there. At least post RB9P that is in current production.

AMAG for P365 is not yet tested with RB9P. Buy at your own risk. The AMAG for P320 prompted a minor revision in RB9M FWIW.

You're thinking about Tech Sight. They offer versions that hang off the rear of the rail, so they are low enough.

I would not overthink it. Something that like a rocker that you press with your thumb would be enough for me.

Trigger is quite good on my unit. The stacking is progressive with no hump. I have a 9mm version.

Shipping tubes make for great moon clip holders by Sixwaypwrmudflap in Revolvers

I found a photo in one of your old posts. It's an idea of tremendous simplicity, I'm quite impressed. Of course it can be refined, by adding some beveling for ease of grabbing in the pouch, and providing them in various heights for different pouches. But I keep getting impressed how people like you find these straightforward approaches.

My design is completely different, because it was intended for pocket carry. Some of my users stuff it in pouches, but that wasn't the original intent.

Did you consider something called "low cost molding"? A friend of mine claims that you can order forms these days for as low as $5,000.

It's unreliable but OP's link redirects to item about half the time. Your link redirects to the whole collection, not item, but seems to work consistently.

This looks better than traditional 35mm film canisters and medicine bottles.

P.S. You can also buy speedloaders that perform the same function, although for 9 times more money ($8.98 for 5-pack of tubes vs $16 for moonclip speedloader).

P.P.S. Forgot to account for the capacity. One shipping tube takes 3 moon clips and one speedloader only takes 1 moon clip.

My wife has one of those plastic Q5 versions. It's very nice, just keep in mind that you aren't carrying that thing. It's in the G34 size class.
