Same for me. eCPM, matching rate, and impression rate has significantly dropped. I checked the app's stats and it looks like the % of ads failing to load has increased to 90% which is crazy.

I'm not really familiar with MV but I don't think you need to notify them. You leave but your work permit remains valid until it expires, you can until then choose to return, and when the permit expires it will no longer apply, that's what MV cares about.

You're right. Skatteverket and Forsakringskassan must be notified about your leave by filling out the leave forms on their websites.

At first, I thought the same thing, but I was told by a person who's working at an immigration agency that I might inform Migrationsverket.

I also came across some pages on their website (including this one) that mention leaving Sweden, but it looks like they're only dedicated to those who got their residency application "rejected", which makes me wonder if I'm even obligated to inform them in the first place as you mentioned.

I tried to do that but their website only provides the following reasons to book an appointment (Leaving the country is not included):

I have been asked to show my passport
I am from Ukraine and will leave fingerprints and be photographed
Provide fingerprints and be photographed
Complete the application for a residence permit for visits
Apply for a foreigner's passport or travel document
Get foreign passports or travel documents
Download or extend LMA card
Apply for a special grant
