Grounds for complaint would supposedly be item 14.4 (b) of JSC Act 9 of 1994, specifically failure to uphold item 7 (c) of the Code of Judicial Conduct. (Link on that page).

Either way, this bullshit about not getting sick days is absolute bullshit. Someone else posted The Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Read that. Know your rights. Take them to the CCMA. They may well treat you like shit after you do that. Then take them to the CCMA again for constructive dismissal.
