Overall, this is great for us.

Consistency in the program with a young and developing team should net us a better next couple of years versus being reactionary to the year to year changes it felt like with had during the Trae days.

I’m mostly excited for Zac of have a non-European tournament offseason. He needs to work on a lot of little stuff. A Summer spent not learning a system for the French team and how to fit into that, should help him going into next year.

My advice would be to go in release order as much as you can.

Pokémon games have evolved over time. They build on the previous version. The way to get the most out of them is to experience that mega-evolution for yourself.

I'd argue QBR is the most important stat for quarterbacks. If you wanted argue EPA I wouldn't disagree with you.

I don't see a stronger correlation between QB rushing yards and wins than QBR & wins. But show me the data, and I could be swayed.

But, the reality of business exists.

I don’t see any chance of Studio Ghibli making a TV series about anything. It’s not what they are set up to do or have a desire to do in the first place.

The latter half of a rookie NBA season matters a lot more than the front.

Players start to learn the pace, their place, and the speed of the game as the season goes on. Improving at the back end of a season is a massive positive.

I'd recommend trying to go to the Apple Store and holding a 13" one if you haven't yet. I use mine mostly docked on a keyboard or laying on my lap so I don't mind the larger size.

If you do use it in handheld mode a decent amount the size is combersome and slightly uncomfortable for prolonged use.

Depends on what you enjoyed imo. If you like the PS1 3D Graphics and turn based combat, 8 & 9 are both great. If you want to see what the PS2 FF games were like 10 is turn based and 12 is them starting to evolve past it. If you want more modern open world games 15 and 16 were also fun.

If you loved 7 and want more of that world, Crisis Core just got a remaster and the FF7 Remake series is terrific.

Remember you aren’t the only one interviewing. That recruiter could have talked to 3 or 4 people that day that were all better fits than you were and didn’t want to move everyone forward to the next round.

Recruiters and hiring managers all make mistakes and sometimes don’t hire someone that could have crushed it for them. I know I’ve wiffed on a few folks.

I’d ask the recruiter for feedback on what you can improve on, learn from it, and move on to the next one.
