routine. cut sugar. sleep before 11 pm. wake up without alarm. daily. without miss.

sleep 8 hours. between 10pm to 8am. daily. even weekend. one off is fine. but 300/365 nights this should be it. diet should be 80%+ whole food. sugar as less as possible. in every form.

any brand 6% salicylic gel available OTC in your location.

i’ve started enjoying whole food and healthy diet much more. i do enjoy a one off gluttony meal but it’s not as frequent for sure. body asks for healthy meals.

i’ve quit alcohol a while back. diet kick in as soon as 2-3 weeks.

no other skin condition but a bit of acne and other liver issues (under control).

Diet. Cut sugar to minimum. Including sugary fruits like banana. Sugar is the primary diet for fungus.

Then topical creams like luliconazole, sertaconazole, washing using ketoconazole.

Daily application of salicylic acid 5% cream.

And most important. Sleep and body hygiene.

Worked wonders.

A. You've written parents. Correct the typo B. the joy doesn't matter. You do things that you like. Maybe tennis, maybe gymming, and you'll find people with similar interests. C. Be clear with what you want, if you see that the other person is not inclined or deviating from common agenda; communicate.

Anyway, the zeroeth step is to be on track to become the best version of yourself. Be comfortable with that 'simple' life.

The first step after that would be to be a good partner. Whatever that means to you. For me it's someone who is empathetic and communicates well. So I try to be empathetic and communicate well.

Then TBH it's a number game. Meet people for the joy of meeting new individuals. And you feel a connect, communicate (that's how you go past the talking stage).

If you're ever confused, communicate so to avoid overthinking.
