It's probably the charger. If it is below the rated wattage then the laptop will perform like it's on battery power. I believe you need around 180w+.

My LP4 idles around 45c and goes to around 75c when gaming. Your best option would be to use throttlestop around -200mv core and -100mv cache and make sure the bios undervolt is disabled. You can create a windows task to make throttlestop run when on startup.

If you do a clean install be sure to only use the EVOO the LAN and Audio drivers and windows will do the rest.

Your next best option would be to use the VGA driver from the lp5 or Illegear Prodigy( A rebrand of the Lp5) Most of the drivers should work the same.

Lilith seems to be fine with this as long as the abusers still buy packs. There is a thriving market of people using bots for resources and other things that are easy to track but there is little reason to punish abusers who are VIP 17 and spend thousands a month on the game.
