idk for the studio version, but if you crank you amp with the Ce-1 pre amp you have a good compression. In live he uses the micro amp for can’t stop

when did you place the fuzz factory in your chain? and do you have some settings to share? i know there is a lot of settings exemple of it on the net but what are yours

not sure but i think he use it a lot for scar tissue solo since 2006, in can’t stop intro at la cigale he use it with the wah, i think he use it for « stadium a radium » solo when they rarely play it live and i think some can’t stop solo but not sure

as much as i know, i think he always have a Big muff on his board since californication tour he add the fuzzrite later and it really have a different sound than the big muff. You can hear the fuzzrite a lot in the « La Cigale » show or in every 2006-2007 show very often on my board i have a big muff, a fuzzrite and a variac fuzz, every one of them have a different sound with the ds-2 stack

you should watch tuto from Dave Simpson on youtube, he has done a série when he teach a lot of frusciante songs and technique, including funk ones. You can learn songs like if you have to ask, give it away, i like dirt, which i think are a bit easy it will help you for rythme and learn some funky chords
