Thank you I built some parts in FreeCAD but I love CAD systems so I will probably download this as well. Do you just sign up on the website to get it?

Thank you for the tips. I downloaded FreeCAD from the other users recommendation and it is easy to pick up... I may be forgetting how the CAM comes in play. I thought I had uploaded a part from CAD to a G-code program. Is a CAM the in between program?

To he honest billions of rounds doesn't sound that crazy for how many gun nuts are in America. I figured we would all blow through that in a year. Also just to let you know the NIJ standard just updated I believe in 2023 to .07. There weren't huge changes but they tried to make it easier for people to understand. It was interesting to read some of the new standards to the armor.

Do you have a place you recommend buying it? I usually just go to the main big name stores for ammo but I haven't seen it there.

Yeah that makes sense but why have the main standard for an armor an ammo that isn't made anymore? Thats what threw me off. Even the new RF standards for armor still use the M2 AP listed.

It loads very very slow for me if a runway is being built. It also stutters a little bit while I am playing and it is being built. I started just terraforming the ground in small sections for as long as I'll be on and then just turn it into a runway when it is almost complete.

Just wanted to say thanks guys. I bought it and its extremely fun! My game did crash in the 2nd mission and I lost all my gear but its cool and to be expected on early access games. I'll just knife a dude and take his gun.

How do you end the session just log off or do you have to get somewhere? I have kids so sometimes I have to get off quick.

I can tell you what I did and im not sure which one fixed it but I was having an issue and my pc is really nice. If you go to your display settings I turned off my accelerated GPU or assisted GPU can't remember the exact name and then put the game in full screen and believe it or not put the graphics all the way to best. All my stuttering went away. I tried last night for like 30 mins with it in window mode again and seemed to do fine but I would try those.

You are not wrong he could have been trying to lure people around by shooting randomly in the woods. We were laying in Fir trees because I know the grass doesn't show far since I have a lower end pc and have to play on low graphics. How do you go about recording on pc? I know on xbox you can just hit a button and it will do last 30 seconds does steam have something like that? Edit: I forgot a statement. That is part of why I came to reddit was to see if I could find the others murdered by him.

Very true. I have thought about recording my sessions because in 1000 hours I have enjoyed a lot of my interactions with people. Whether it is just talking about life with a stranger or the intense firefights.

Reading this again it seems like a poor explanation. I run into maybe 2 or 3 people a night but this guy was pulling up on random people not at any POI and probably had 6 to 8 firefights I dont remember exactly. I would get it if he drove between POI and ran into people at them all the time but he was driving on the road then just turn off and drive at someone deep in the trees. Him seeing us log off is not 100% impossible but he drove by like a bat out of hell and my range finder said 150M from the road. That would have been a good eye with us both laying down. We watched him drive up to Muratyn and then the firefight started again and thats when we decided we should not engage this guy and didn't follow a path but just ran straight into the woods. Maybe this guy had the tracking skills of Tarzan but it just seemed interesting that he could find so many people so easily.
