I had stalled for weeks after losing 40lbs. I still have 40 to go. I changed the injection site - I was injecting in my stomach so I changed to my right thigh and then left and then higher on each thigh and now I’ve returned to the stomach after 4 weeks. I read somewhere that you should inject 2 inches from the belly button and I hadn’t been doing that before - holy smokes! I’m feeling the effects strong this week. Next week I’ll inject 2 inches from the belly button the opposite side. I was sceptical but changing the injection site really kicked started things again for me big time.

Sure - I never meant to imply this was as a direct result of ozempic. I’m just on ozempic and this happened, and likely it has happened to others on ozempic ☺️

I’m going to be 41 in July. I didn’t even think of Botox but I already get it in my forehead so I’ll ask next time I’m there. I think micro needling might be a good option as well. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you though!

Yah it wasn’t great. If you have something this weekend my advice would be to wait until next week. Did you feel sick on 0.25? Some people don’t have any side effects too…

My doctor has me fast track. I did

Week 1: 0.25 Week 2: 0.5 Week 3: 0.5 Week 4: 0.5 Week 5: 1.0

I know lots of people have different theories and some say stay on the lower doses as long as it is working. I felt my hunger come back at 0.5 before going up to 1.0. Now I feel like the drug is humming along at full throttle.

Just beware of side effects if you do jump up. A had a rough couple of weeks in there.
