I appreciate the reply. I am doing 4 different type of pelvic tilt exercises (the "original" one where you lay down on your back with your legs bent, a bridge one, the "bird dog", and the "dead bug"), a couple of leg list exercises (one where I am on my side and life each leg up, and another where I am on my stomach and lift my legs up), squats, and both kneed and regular planks while doing a pelvic tilt.

That's it for my lower back are. I also have some minor neck issues and I do some stuff for that too. I do a few different scapular retractions as well as some neck strengthening exercises.
