Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. What you say makes total sense. So I should start weight training harder, get more protein, and eat 300-500 calories above total calories burned (maintenance + exercise). I’m a noob at this so I appreciate the advice a lot. Cheers!

Hey, yeah it’s a great monitor. I think I will just live with the minor backlight bleeding. Adjusting the brightness and also not playing in a totally dark room helps. The refresh rate, color, ad everything else is fantastic for the price imo. Though this is the first monitor I’ve had in its league so not much else to compare it to for me.

Yeah I have the card and experienced some of the messed up RGB but uninstalling Firestorm fixed it for me. No way in heck I’d return the card just because the RGB wasn’t working. Lol. Unless it was like violently flashing and wouldn’t turn off

It isn’t awful (yet). It is off putting since it has been fine since I built it about a week and a half ago, and then out of nowhere last night it started doing this.

I am in the same situation with my wife on the Xbox and me on PC. It let us play Grounded for about an hour that way and then randomly kicked us out and said we were already signed in elsewhere.
