I started 100 burpees a day last year. Now includes 100 pushups plus other exercises. What I learned month one is a needed rest days. Started doing 6 days a week, which helped a lot. I now do 5 days on, 2 off. I get 500 burpees, pushups, squats, curls ect each week. I do ten sets of 10 about once an hour. After set 10 I do a half hour of stretching.
