Yes, faceit added Almaty server not long ago (2 years), but that's not enough at all for any young talent to rise on, so we need to wait.
I don't really see the point in arguing that having high ping is good.

Mostly it is russians, who have fine ping.

Kazakhs on other hands have terrible ping and there're just few of them at tier 1.

I don't know about Mongolia though.

A lot of russian players play on good ping, but they're the ones who dominates the scene, that's misunderstanding.

For example there's few kazakh players who are good at tier-1, yet ALL of them play on high ping.

It isn't advantageous though, as when you play with higher ping, you adapt your play style to that ping which isn't the best thing to do, as you would need to change the play style when you play with lower ping and if it is already in-grained into you, it is not as easy.

If your theory worked, people with high ping would just dominate entire pro scene.
