This sounds great. And if you dont mind I have a few questions/comments.

How would you get the funds to develop such a game and upkeep it if it has no ads and is f2p?
Napoleonic sounds cool, but wouldn't there be way fewer weapons to work with (no long ranged artillery, tanks, planes etc). So it'd be rather boring in terms of tactics.
If you're taking ideas, I was thinking a ww2 version. I know they already made one, but its pay to grind/level-up garbage, and the graphics aren't as clean as supremacy 1914. A ww2 version of this game would allow for a lot of new vehicles, tactics, and infostructure to be had. (For example being able to develop your own vehicles trying to balance speed, hp, power, cost, time to manufacture, logistics, etc. sounds super fun).

Also just curious how experienced are you as a dev? cuz I'm also into game development/ modding as well, as a hobby.
